Booking and cancellation terms

Your booking

You are booking Personal Health Reset on 18–22 November 2026 in Porto Cristo, Mallorca. The price is €2,990 per person, paid in full through Stripe at booking. Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment.

Included are five days and four nights with accommodation in a private finca, fresh, balanced meals during the retreat and six weeks of personal support from booking. Further services are listed on the details page. You arrange and pay for your own flights. You agree on room arrangements, arrival times and personal preparation with me.

If you cancel

Notify me of a cancellation in text form. The following voluntary refunds are based on receipt of your notice, measured in calendar days before the retreat begins on 18 November 2026:

• At least 30 days before the start: full refund of €2,990.
• 29 to 14 days before the start: refund of 50% of the price, or €1,495.
• 13 days or fewer before the start, or in the event of a no-show: no voluntary refund.

You can discuss with me whether another person may take your place. A transfer requires mutual agreement.

If I cancel the retreat

If I cancel the retreat, you receive a full refund of the retreat price paid. Rebooking for another date requires your agreement.

Refunds

Agreed refunds are initiated within 14 days through Stripe to the original payment method. When the amount appears in your account depends on your bank and payment method.

Statutory rights

These voluntary cancellation rules do not restrict statutory withdrawal, termination, warranty, refund or other consumer rights. Where the law grants you more extensive rights, those take precedence.
