What does personal support mean?
Group size, direct conversations and individual priorities help define the personal setting. At Personal Health Reset, a maximum of five participants enjoy shared sessions and personal conversations.
Support lasts six weeks from booking. WhatsApp complements preparation and integration. I agree on our communication and suitable response times personally with you.
What happens after you return home?
Returning home is a distinct part of the journey. During the six weeks from booking, you can adapt your personal plan to everyday life and discuss your experiences with me.
Which services are included in the price?
Look at accommodation, meals, drinks, flights, transfers, conversations and support individually.

At Personal Health Reset
At Personal Health Reset, I support you for six weeks from your booking. You spend five of those days in Porto Cristo from 18 to 22 November 2026. The group is limited to five participants and the price is €2,990 per person. Four nights’ accommodation, fresh, balanced meals during the retreat, personal conversations, one-to-one support and WhatsApp guidance are included. I offer a shuttle service between Palma Airport and the finca for arrival and departure. You receive meal, drink, room and payment details before you book.
