You begin from your personal starting point. I discuss suitable movement options and your goals with you.

Bring your questions and experiences. I meet you at your current level of knowledge.
What support does Personal Health Reset offer?
I offer health education and coaching on movement, nutrition, recovery and habits. Qualified professionals provide medical diagnosis and treatment.
Journey & support
When does support begin?
Your six weeks of personal support start when you book. In our conversation, we plan your preparation and time in Mallorca together.
When does the trip take place?
From Wednesday 18 to Sunday 22 November 2026 in Porto Cristo, Mallorca. That’s five days and four nights.
How is one-to-one support organised?
Personal conversations and one-to-one support are included. We agree on the scope in our personal conversation.
How does WhatsApp support work?
WhatsApp supports you through preparation and integration. I agree on our communication and suitable response times with you.
When do I receive the daily schedule?
I confirm the detailed daily schedule and arrival and departure times with you before you book.
How is the content adapted to my goals?
I discuss your expectations and starting point personally with you and tailor the content accordingly.
Accommodation & travel
Where do you stay in Mallorca?
You spend four nights in a private finca in Porto Cristo. I agree on the room arrangements with you before you book.
Which meals and drinks are included?
Fresh, balanced meals are included during the retreat. You clarify the specific meals and drinks with me before you book.
How do you get from Palma Airport to the finca?
I offer a shuttle service between Palma Airport and the finca for your arrival and departure. You arrange your own flights. We agree on arrival and departure times together.
How accessible is the finca?
I clarify the specific access and room information with you before you book.
What facilities does the finca offer?
You receive information about Wi-Fi, parking and other facilities from me before you book.
Booking
How much does Personal Health Reset cost?
The price is €2,990 per person. You’ll find the services and practical information on the details page.
How does booking work?
You can book your place directly through Stripe and pay in full. If you’d like to clarify questions first, we get to know each other in a personal conversation of around 15 minutes.
What happens after your enquiry?
We get to know each other in a personal conversation. Afterwards you receive the booking terms and decide on your next step. Email me your questions.
When and how do I pay?
For a direct booking, you pay the full price of €2,990 per person through Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
What cancellation terms apply?
If you cancel at least 30 days before the start, you receive a full refund. For 29 to 14 days before the start, I refund 50%. Within the last 13 days, there is no voluntary refund. Statutory rights remain unaffected. See the booking and cancellation terms for full details.
